Aadhar Housing Finance in collaboration with ITM – Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd, offers a course in “Certificate Program in Housing Finance” The program has been designed to attract bright young graduates who want to build a career in retail banking sales. The course curriculum has been designed by AHFL to groom aspirants for taking over the front line sales function in housing loan. Selection Process is currently in progress.

Program

Certificate Program in Housing Finance

The program has been designed specifically for graduates and under graduates aspiring for a growing s a l e s career in BFSI industry. Basic Modules of Financial Services, Housing Finance etc. The Program will have specialized modules on Sales, Selling Skills, Housing Finance etc. which will be designed in consultation with Aadhar Sales and Services Pvt Ltd.

  • Indian Nationals
  • Candidate should be minimum 12th pass.
  • Industry experience should be 0-3 years.
  • Male Candidate Preferred with not more than 30 years of age.
  • Strong Communication will be preferred.

Academic Qualification

  • Graduates/ Under graduates as above in any discipline

Fees & Structure

  • The training program fee is Rs. 23,000/- plus GST out of which Rs. 18,000/- plus GST will be paid Aadhar Sales and Services Pvt Ltd. on behalf of candidate and Rs. 5,000/- plus GST will be paid by candidate through EasyPay. The Training fees includes all the expenses like lodging, boarding & training.
  • ASSPL will recover the training cost from candidate through 6 monthly installments (Rs. 3,000 x 6) after his/her joining services of the ASSPL. The recovery amount will be deduction from his/her monthly salary.

  • Since Aadhar Housing Finance is providing financial assistance to the applicant, he/she have to sign 1 year service agreement with Aadhar Housing Finance.
  • On successful completion of the training program the participant will be awarded a “Certification in Housing Finance Sales” by ITM Skills Academy.

Program Fee Pay-back

  • During On-Job-Training candidate will get fix Stipend of Rs. 5000/-.
  • After completion of 6 months with ASSPL, he/she will get 50 % of his training fee (50% of Rs. 18,000/-) as retention bonus and after completion of 1 year in ASSPL, he/she will be eligible for remaining training fee (50% of Rs. 18,000/-) as retention bonus.

Selection process

  • Age 28 year or Below At The Time Of Joining
  • Education Any Graduate Degree (Any Mode)
  • Percentage 50% and above for 10th, 12th & graduation
  • Gap 1 Year gap Allowed Between 10th & Graduation
  • All Applicants Who have done BE/MBA courses are also eligible
  • Fresh Graduate or working professional with 0-2 years of experience can apply
  • Proficiency in regional languages and english
