About Job Profile

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 1. Acquire CASA and liability accounts through cold calling, market references, and walk-ins. 2. Drive cross-selling of banking products and services to existing and new customers. 3. Promote and sell third-party financial products including life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund SIPs. 4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined in the performance scorecard. 5. Ensure growth in customer base and deepening of existing relationships through effective portfolio management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • 1.Implement branch-level sales and marketing activities to support overall business growth and brand visibility. 2. Drive liability acquisition by building and maintaining strong customer relationships. 3. Source new customers through multiple channels including local campaigns, walk-ins, customer referrals, industry associations, and market networking. 4. Ensure timely and accurate opening of accounts, providing a seamless onboarding experience for new-to-bank (NTB) customers. 5. Support overall branch performance by contributing to both customer service and compliance standards. 6. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of queries or issues. 7. Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Any graduate or final-year student aspiring to build a career in banking can join this program. No prior banking experience is needed — only basic communication skills and the willingness to work in sales or relationship management roles are required.

The selection involves:

  • Online registration
  • Aptitude test
  • Personal interview
  • Online assessment with bank
  • Letter of Intent 
  • Training fee payment
  • 30days virtual Training and 60 days OJT with Bank
  • Final offer letter

You’ll learn through a mix of online live sessions and hands-on On-the-Job Training at a bank branch.

Prerequisites for the Program

  • Graduation (completed or currently in the final year)

  • Valid ID and educational documents

  • Willingness to work in customer-facing and sales roles

  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills

The complete program fee is ₹35000 + 18% GST.

Flexible installment and EMI options are available.

Payment is required only after you receive the provisional offer letter. You can choose from three options: pay the full amount at once, split it into two easy installments, or apply for a student loan facility.

To enroll in the program, you’ll need to submit:

  • A valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)

  • Recent passport-size photograph

  • All educational certificates/mark sheets

  • Address proof

  • Resume or CV (optional, but recommended)

Our program has a defined refund policy. Refunds are not applicable once the training has commenced or if the candidate exits midway.

If your background verification fails, your offer from AU Small Finance Bank will be revoked, as this step is a mandatory compliance requirement. All applicants must provide accurate and authentic details and documents. Any false or unverifiable information will lead to disqualification, and no refund will be processed.
